Soybean Flakes
Sourced from high-quality non-GMO soybeans, these defatted and toasted flakes/grits deliver over 50% plant protein with nearly complete amino acid profiles comparable to animal proteins. Enriched with iron, calcium, B-vitamins, and folic acid, they are vegan-friendly and gluten-free.
Common Uses: Soya sauce manufacturing, protein fortification in foods, diet and infant foods, and pharmaceutical fermentation.
